As of 1st. September 2009 we are now operating a Referral Scheme.
How does the Referral Scheme work?
- You have to be one of our "existing customers", to use the Referral Scheme.
- You refer a "new customer" to us, who purchases at least one of our products or services.
- If the "new customer" spends less than £120 with us on their first purchase, you will receive a £10 Marks & Spencer Voucher.
- If the "new customer" spends more than £120 with us on their first purchase, you will receive a £20 Marks & Spencer Voucher.
- The "new customer", will also receive a 10% introductory discount on our list prices, for the total package of products on their first purchase from us.
Please note:
- The referral scheme is applied only once per referred "new customer".
- No cash alternatives are available.
- There are no limits to the amount of "new customers" you can refer to us.
- The "new customer" should inform us that the "existing customer" has referred them to us, when placing their first order with us to ensure the Referral Scheme is applied (we are unable to apply the Referral Scheme retrospectively at any time).
- The Referral Scheme Terms and Conditions may be changed at any time without notice.
- The Referral Scheme may be withdrawn at any time without notice.
Exclusions:
The following are exclusions to the Referral Scheme:
- An "existing customer" may not refer their spouse, or immediate family members living at the same property as a "new customer".
- Estate/Letting Agents receive preferential rates from us, and act as our agents, therefore the scheme does not apply for Estate/Letting Agents clients.
