    COMMISSIONED PHOTOGRAPHY
    We can be commissioned for half-days, and full-days at very competitive rates.
    These are the ideal packages for property developers and estate agents who may have several properties in an area that require photography, and can therefore save you money!
    £220 for half-day (3.5 hours) commission - Unlimited images - images will be zipped and made available as a website download.*
    £400 for full-day (7.0 hours) commission - Unlimited images - images will be zipped and made available as a website download.*

    Virtual Videos are a cheap and easy to use marketing solution for your business.

    £60 each - Receive a £10 discount if we supply the photography

  • Virtual Inventories
    Virtual Inventories are our exclusive product for Letting Agencies, to allow them to backup their property inventories with 360º Virtual Tours, and photography, which are supplied on 3 x CD's/DVD's; one for the tenant, one for the property owner, and one for the letting agent, ensuring that everyone has full photographic evidence of the condition of the property, fixtures and fittings, and furnishings at the start of the letting period.

    DVD
    If it is not possible for you to receive the images/videos via email, or download from our website, we are happy to provide them on DVD, and send them by Royal Mail.

    £15 for images/videos to be supplied on 1 x DVD and sent via Royal Mail
    £10 per additional DVD

  • Expenses
    From time-to-time, it may be necessary to pass on expenses to our customers, due to travelling costs etc... We like to ensure that our customers are aware of these costs, and we will discuss them with you prior to any commission where these expenses maybe encountered.

    Travel Charges - Time:
    FREE!
    Unlike some of our competitors who charge £35+ per hour for travel time; WE DO NOT CHARGE FOR TRAVEL TIME!

    Travel Charges - Car:
    FREE! - Within a 10 mile radius of UB6 8XA post-code area.
    30p per mile outside a 10 mile radius of UB6 8XA post-code area.
    If it is necessary for us to pay fees for toll-bridges, toll-roads, congestion charges, or parking; the total cost will be charged back to the customer.
    Mileage will be charged for a complete return journey, less 20 miles - to take into account the FREE 10 miles each way (saving £6!).

    Travel Charges - Train:
    If it is necessary to purchase train tickets for a particular commission, the total cost of the tickets will be charged back to the customer.
    Virtutek will always travel "economy/standard class", and will attempt to seek the best available price for a ticket. Return fares will be charged.

    Travel Charges - Air:
    If it is necessary to purchase airline tickets for a particular commission, the total cost of the tickets will be charged back to the customer.
    Virtutek will always travel "economy/standard class", and will attempt to seek the best available price for a ticket. Return fares will be charged.

    Travel Charges - Taxis:
    If it is necessary to use taxis to get to a location for a particular commission, the total cost will be charged back to the customer.
    Virtutek will attempt to obtain the most preferential rates available.

    Travel Charges - Car Hire:
    If it is necessary to hire a car to get to a location for a particular commission, the total cost of hire, and associated fuel costs, will be charged back to the customer.
    Virtutek will attempt to obtain the most preferential rates available.

    Accommodation - Hotel etc.:
    When staying overnight in a location (UK or Europe), either due to a commission longer than one day, or due to distance; then 100% the cost will be charged back to the customer.
    Virtutek will always seek out the most economic accommodation available close to the location, to keep charges at a minimum.

    European Travel Surcharge:
    £30 per day if travelling outside of the UK, to other European Countries, to cover living expenses.
